Proudly part of the ABN Group, Australia’s leading building group, Boutique is owned by partners (from top left) Garry Brown-Neaves, Aidan Hooper and Dale Alcock. Overseeing Boutique’s day to day business operations is Managing Director, Aidan Hooper.

Aidan's career in the building industry commenced in 1987, joining ABN Group in 1991.
Using his passion for Housing and his knowledge of Sales, Marketing and the Building Industry he has driven many of the ABN Group businesses to reach a critical scale with an amazing sales, training and team building ethos.
In 2009 he resigned his position as General Manager of Sales, Marketing and Product Development to take on a Partnership role as Managing Director of ABN's Melbourne operations, Boutique Homes and Homebuyers Centre.
A 20 year history working in the industries leading home building group has taught Aidan the value of good communication and strong relationships. “Our ultimate measurement is client satisfaction with our product, this often comes down to how regularly and well we communicate with them and suppliers alike, building quality relationships wherever possible.”
Aidan’s focus since joining Boutique has been to put together a team of building professionals that understand the value of building a good reputation.
A long term strategy for business success in Victoria is established and underpinned by a customer service strategy that measures every part of the business on its ability to provide exceptional internal and external customer service.
Aidan is a member of the ABN Group Board assisting in strategic direction for the group, is joint Founder and Trustee of WA Charity Direct - A WA Based charity that has raised over $1m AUD in funds for worthwhile causes.
