PRESTART CONSULTANT

We are offering an excellent opportunity to an enthusiastic and professional person with experience in Building Administration specifically Contract Administration for a residential volume builder. The Prestart Consultant co-ordinates the job file from contract signing until site start and is the key contact for our Client during the pre-site period.
 
The main job role includes conducting the signing of the HIA Contract and assisting with the external and internal colour selections.
 
To be successful in this role the following attributes are essential:
    * Exceptional customer service skills;
    * Flexible approach and attitude towards multi-tasking;
    * Well developed verbal and written communication skills;
    * Excellent time management;
    * Great attention to detail;
    * Strong PC skills, experienced in the Microsoft suite of products;

    * Willingness to be part of a team
