Our approach is to keep things ‘Clear & Simple’ so you know exactly how much each home, listed inclusions and optional extras costs, making it easier for you to manage your decisions and budgets.

With our Clear & Simple approach, all of our homes are made available in either a Designer or Premium Specification. All items are clearly marked and priced so you can simply select the level of specification you desire and tailor the home to suit your needs.

The purpose of this transparent process is to clearly indicate exactly what is and isn’t included in your home and the
associated costs. We believe in offering you quality homes that are tailored to your needs and budget. Compare us on
