Consultation

Our specialist building consultant will spend time to not only get to know what you want, but will also provide you with advice on how best to approach your needs.

Advice & design options

Advice on home selection from our range of architecturally designed solar efficient single and double storey homes. A selection of design options are also available to help tailor our designs to your individual needs.

Colour selection

Your dedicated in-house colour and specification consultant will guide you through your colour options, fittings and features with specialist help for interior electrical items at our studio ‘Palette’.

Assessment

Property assessment including:
  • Site inspection by our building staff
  • Investigation of your site’s service connections
  • Dilapidation report where needed
  • Investigation by structural engineer and surveyor.

Communication

Regular communication throughout the process including contact with the site manager who will manage the construction of your new home.

Planning approval

Many locations will not require a separate planning approval, but where needed we will assist. We’ll forward plans to our planning consultant who will then liaise with Council to obtain the permit.

Demolition

If demolition is required we can assist with disconnection of the existing services and put you in contact with specialist demolition contractors who are familiar with local government regulations, and proficient at the type of work being carried out.
