At only 25 squares, the Seville 25 is the smallest display home we’ve ever done, and still manages to fit in four generous bedrooms, two bathrooms, double garage, a large kitchen with open plan living, home theatre and a covered outdoor entertaining space,” says Boutique’s Senior Designer, Rob Nguyen.

“The smaller house size also means a smaller house price.”

The Seville’s intuitively designed kitchen “is quite unique: it's a great central hub,” says Rob.

Unpack groceries straight from the garage into the butler’s pantry – “the Seville is the only single-storey home in our range that offers this feature.”

The main kitchen bench occupies the home’s external wall: “a great opportunity to add in a kitchen window and get lots of light into this active space, which can be seen on display at the Aurora estate in Wollert.”

Rob created a private bedroom oasis by situating the main suite to the home’s side: “It’s a wide, spacious room that can easily fit a king-size bed, and has a large three-sided walk-in robe.”

The ensuite “makes very efficient use of space,” he says “there’s a separate toilet, double vanity and a lavish double shower.”

“Modern, sharp and stylish” was Senior Interior Designer Mitra Whittle’s vision for Seville’s Wollert display.

Mitra’s also enthusiastic about the beautiful kitchen windows, but enjoys the formality of the separate front lounge: “I love living zones that are well-defined.”

Mitra says simplicity is the key to a contemporary look: “Do not clutter.”

At Wollert, she contrasts black wood-grain cabinetry with “fresh and light stone bench tops.”

The Seville showcases a palette of warm grey and muted pink, together with soft greens and grey-blue.

To break the blacks and charcoals, Mitra uses oversized artwork “to create a sense of space and drama.”

Lighting-wise, she suggests “modern pendants to set the mood and give personality.”

With 12 different façade choices and 10 different floorplan options, the flexible Seville doesn’t need expensive upgrades.

“We’ve displayed the Luxe façade at Wollert,” Rob says, “our most affordable displayed façade ever. It’s a very impressive display, and shows customers that a luxury Boutique home is very achievable on a reasonable budget.”
