Or, it could even be the outdoor living area, the perfect place to enjoy a summer barbeque with your family and friends.

Thank you to our beautiful customers who have let us share their stories.
Chloe & Daniel
For Chloe and Daniel, upfront fixed pricing was key to purchasing their first home, as well as quality, standard home finishes. A plumber by trade, Daniel was adament he would have to change the taps once they moved in.
'I was actually really happy with the range I had so I didn't have to change anything' he said. For Chloe, 'the home came with all these inclusions that we didn't have to put a lot more money into it'.

Emma & Brenden
Knockdown rebuild customers Emma and Brenden found 'The One' with Boutique and built the Montpellier. The young family loved the idea of building a brand new home suited to them while keeping the same address.
'You have a brand new house, there is no renovating, it's all new and amazing. There is no way we would of been able to afford an established house like this in our area' said Emma.

Reflecting on her experience as a single homebuyer, Fiona recalled having no idea if she could build on her own. 'It was a challenge but it's not a horrific journey' she said.
'I was able to talk freely about what I needed and what I expected. A lot of single people don't often think of building but you definitely can do it'.
Brigitte & Scott
The moment Brigitte and Scott stepped into the Barcelona display home they knew it would be the perfect home for their family.
They built the Barcelona 31 in Torquay backing onto a golf course. After deciding to sell the home 18 months later, they enjoyed their building experience so much the first time, they decided to build for a second time with Boutique. They found the perfect block of land in Armstrong estate (Geelong) and built the Barcelona 31, this time with the classic Provincial facade.

Ankit & Tina
After moving from India 10 years ago, first homebuyers Ankit and Tina knew they found The One after visiting the first display home they walked into; a Boutique home.
Avid entertainers, the retreat at the back of the home was an important accompaniment to their lifestyle – and naturally - they fell in love with the Riviera floorplan as well as all the standard inclusions that came with it.
As the first home they have owned since migrating, Ankit and Tina are proud of the Riviera 29 they now call home.
Rakesh & Jigisha
Coming to Australia as students, Rakesh and Jigisha wanted to settle in a home to call their own.
Looking around for a builder to go with their block of land, they were reluctant walking into a Boutique display home but still did and were coincidentally blown away with the orientation.
It was the perfect plan suited to them with open kitchen and living spaces separate from the garage and bedrooms at the front of the home.
Tom & Dana
After looking at multiple properties, Tom and Dana visited a Boutique display home and instantly thought "this is a winner". They fell in love with the entry, where you can see directly through to the back of the home.
A big backyard provides space for Adam and Ollie to play, with a sandpit and pool access via beautiful stacking timber doors.
Tom and Dana are currently completing the finishing touches to their landscaping, you can follow their journey on Instagram here.
Randel & Anita
After hearing about Boutique on the radio, Randel and Anita found the perfect floorplan online. Anita was 'speechless' after walking into the display home. They imagined themselves living in the home right away, with the kids walking around choosing which bedroom would be theirs!
Cooking most weekends, Anita said 'This is the dream kitchen for me.'

After visiting many homes and builders, Stella and Leigh fell in love with the quality of Boutique's display homes. The Barcelona was 'The One' for Stella, the floorplan flooding with natural light.
As an avid cook, Stella also fell in love with the Barcelona's kitchen, which 'makes the central part of their new home really beautiful'.
Steve & Joanne
Be inspired by Steve and Joanne's stunning Airlie 38 knockdown rebuild journey. After owning an older property in Ascot Vale, instead of renovating they decided to knockdown the existing property and start fresh with a new Boutique home.
Joanne's favourite part of the experience was selecting the colours and finishes for her home, including stunning feature tiles in the master bedroom - inspired by The Block. Watch their video to see Joanne's selections and hear about their knockdown rebuild experience first hand.
Joanne enjoyed documenting her experience on Instagram, with plenty of other Boutique home owners asking for tips and more information about her beautiful new Airlie. Click here to follow Joanne and see more of her experience.
