🤍 K e y s 🤍 Yesterday was key day!! After buying the land in March 2021, it’s been a long wait, but so worth it! We are so happy with the house we chose and the work done by boutiquehomesvictoria. Our build has been completed with no major hiccups in a very volatile time for the building industry and we are feeling incredibly lucky for this. Boutique homes

So far we are only at pre-construction but it’s been a really good experience up until this point. Our new homes consultant Victoria answered all of our questions (day and night) and truly made this experience easier for us. Super excited as the next steps unfold!

✨ Kitchen design - Part 2 ✨ In 2021, in the throes of COVID lockdowns, we invested in an espresso machine like the rest of Melbourne. So of course when it came to designing our perfect kitchen, we had to dedicate a space to making coffee (even though we make fairly shitty coffee). ☕ We wanted our coffee bench to have a distinct vibe, so we went for a grey and moody palette while keeping the main kitchen light and bright. To tie both areas together, we chose the same backsplash tile in different colours. Pre - Construction

Construction has not started yet however I wanted to share my experience with our New Homes Consultant (Domenic Crisara). He has been a pleasure to work with. He has helped chose the design of our dream home and provided advice/best options to save on cost whilst also making our home suit our needs. He is patient, kind and always willing to give us a call for advice or to answer any questions we had. The process with him was so smooth sailing and I really appreciate his customer service.

Excellent experience so far with Anand from Boutique Homes

Right from the moment we got in contact with Anand from Boutique Homes, we knew we were in excellent hands. He was friendly, kind, patient, and always took the time to answer our questions as clearly and thoroughly as possible (and boy did we come with a lot of questions!) As first home buyers, we were so grateful to have Anand guiding us through the process and helping us understand what needs to be done. We’ve been wanting to build with Boutique Homes for a while now after our friends told us how good their experience was. Absolutely thrilled to say we’ve had a similarly excellent experience so far as well. We just signed up with Boutique Homes and we had the best experience. We dealt with Victoria, who was AMAZING. Very helpful, always responded to my copious emails, at any time of the day or night, walked us through the whole experience and made it all so easy for us. Can't wait for our house to be built!
