It’s important to note that the pricing shown is relevant for the current month (subject to availability) and is based on a site that’s titled at the time of signing a Preliminary Works Contract (PWC). For untitled land, an additional monthly charge for price protection will be applied, based on forecast title date (up to 18 months).

In these times of uncertainty, global material shortages and supply chain issues are increasingly putting pricing pressures on the building sector. Whilst we can absorb some of these costs, we’re constantly reviewing and adjusting pricing to ensure we can sustain a viable business and maintain build quality.

Fixed pricing for site costs:
We commit to providing upfront fixed site costs for all blocks with available engineering plans. For blocks without available engineering, or where soil conditions are not favourable, a site cost allowance will be provided with fixed site costs upon receipt of structural engineering.
