With reversed-living, the Fairhaven is a unique and considered home design that takes full advantage of surrounding views.
Unlike other homes in our Boutique range, the Fairhaven places the kitchen, dining, main living areas and master bedroom upstairs, whilst the minor bedrooms and retreat are downstairs.

Senior Designer Rob Nguyen says customers with land that boasts views of the ocean, a golf course, rolling hills, or any other nice outlook are well suited to this home design.
‘Fairhaven is the name of a coastal town along the Great Ocean Road and so pays homage to an area that would be perfect for land with beach and ocean views,’ he says.
The re-released version of the Fairhaven keeps the best aspects of the original design with additional standard inclusions such as Hebel Power Floor to the first floor.
‘This aerated concrete panel system provides superior sound and impact insulation from the first floor to the ground floor,’ explains Rob.
This means that activity in the upstairs living areas won’t disturb people downstairs who might be sleeping or needing a quieter environment.
One final bonus to the home design is the Vista balcony façade which is now included as standard.
‘The Vista balcony is now included with the house and has been extended to provide a large, elevated, covered outdoor entertaining space on the first floor. However, the Grande façade and Edge façade can also be selected and all offer different styles with large, covered balconies too.’
