But most of the time the house hasn’t even been through more than one season, which means the house still needs to settle on the block of land.’

‘It means the house can go through all four seasons and a full 12 months to settle on the block properly,’ says Dale. ‘So when we do our final checks, you know the house is going to be right for the long term.’
