Refer a Friend Program 

To be eligible for the Refer a Friend reward, both the Referrer & the Referred must enter into and complete a building contract with Boutique Homes. The Referrer will receive a $750 Myer voucher when the Referred reaches construction stage (RTS). The Referred will receive a $750 Palette voucher for use at Pre-start. The Palette bonus must be provided as a credit in the PWC at point of sale by your New Homes Consultant. This referral promotion will end at the discretion of Boutique Homes management and the decision of management will be final and not contested.

  1. Competition runs from Thursday 24 May 2013. Entries close at 5pm, June 30 2013.
  2. All entries must be made through the provided webform (http://goo.gl/fzn7t). Entries are deemed to be received at the time of their receipt by Boutique Homes. Records of Boutique Homes are final and conclusive as to the time of receipt.
  3. One entry per ‘share’ will be accepted. Entry is only open to Australian residents over the age of 18. Employees, suppliers and contractors (and their immediate families) of Boutique Homes, or agencies or companies associated with the conduct of this competition are ineligible to enter.
  4. The winner will be notified by 5pm Monday 1 July 2013 by email and phone.
  5. Prize is an Apple iPad mini and will be available by Tuesday 2 July 2013 for collection from Boutique's office at 81 Lorimer Street, Docklands. The prize must be taken as offered and cannot be varied.
  6. All additional costs incurred including internet setup are the winner’s responsibility and cost.
  7. Boutique Homes reserves the right to alter both the terms of the competition and the duration that the competition is valid.
  8. All claims and entries become the property of Boutique Homes.  Boutique Homes requires your personal information in order to conduct this competition. If you do not provide the mandatory personal information requested then you will not be able to take part in this competition. By entering this competition, each entrant is taken to consent to Boutique Homes using the entrant’s personal information to administer the competition, announce the winner and disclose the entrant’s personal information to organisations that assist Boutique Homes with administering this competition and announcing the winner, and to third parties as required by law (including authorities that regulate this competition). Boutique Homes is bound by the National Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and by entering this competition, the entrant is taken to consent to Boutique Homes’ privacy policy (which is available on request).  By entering into this competition, each entrant also consents to Boutique Homes using their personal information for future marketing purposes, unless otherwise advised by the entrant.   An entrant may access and correct any personal information held by Boutique Homes, upon request to Boutique Homes.
  9. Boutique Homes reserves the right to validate and check the authenticity of entries, and to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or who submits an entry not in accordance with these terms and conditions.
  10. Boutique Homes and its associated agencies or companies accept not responsibility for lost, late, stolen, damaged or misdirected entries.
