The referrer (existing Boutique Homes customer) is able to refer friends to Boutique Homes upon signing a PWC (Preliminary Works Contract). To be eligible for the $1,500 reward, both the Referrer and Referee must enter into and complete a HIA building contract with Boutique Homes. The Referrer will recieve a $1,500 Coles Myer voucher when the Referred reaches construction stage (Slab completion). All referrals must be made via the Boutique Homes website using the form at www.boutiquehomes.com.au/refer. This form must be submitted prior to engaging a New Homes Consultant. This referral promotion is not available with any other offer and will end at the discretion of Boutique Homes management. The decision of management will be final and not contested.
#boutiqueinspo offer - $200 Freedom voucher
To be eligible for the $200 Freedom voucher you need to follow @boutiquehomesvictoria with your profile on ‘public’ so we can view your entry. Photos must be taken within a Boutique display home and shared using the #boutiqueinspo tag to be eligible. The promotion runs on a monthly basis, one winner will be notified privately via Instagram at the end of every month. This promotion will end at the discretion of Boutique Homes management and will not be contested.
Home owners are only able to post a review one time, one voucher will be awarded per home. Comments added to existing posts will not be awarded. Hello Hebel promotion

Fixed Price Promotion
We commit to providing upfront fixe site costs for all blocks with available engineering plans. For blocks without available engineering, including knockdown rebuild projects, a site cost allowance will be provided with fixed site costs at HIA contract signing. Pricing based on the estimated title date and fixed for up to 15 months from the date of the Preliminary Works Contract (PWC) and payment of initial deposit. Boutique reserves the right to alter both the terms of the offer and the duration that the offer is valid. Promotion will end at the discretion of Management.
Spring release - Promotional pricing
The Spring Release promotional pricing is only valid for new sales and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Police Association Discount
Available for members of the Australian Federal Police and Victoria Police. Promotion is valid for new sales only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Conditions of entry
Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into the Win a Trip to Barcelona (Promotion) is deemed to be an acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
Promotion commences Monday 9th October 4.00pm AEST and entries close at 5.00pm AEST on Friday 15th December 2017 (Promotion Period).
Entry is only open to Australian residents over the age of 18 years. Employees, suppliers and contractors (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, or agencies or companies associated with the conduct of this Promotion, are ineligible to enter.
Purchase a home within the new ‘Spring Release’ (Seville 23, Barcelona 23, or Oslo 23) by signing a Preliminary Works Contract (PWC) and placing a $2,500 deposit between 9th October and 15th December 2017.

The Win a Trip to Barcelona prize consists of two return economy airfares, from Melbourne to Barcelona, Spain and four nights’ accommodation to the value of $6,000. This is paid in form of a credit with Flight Centre (St Kida, Victoria) for the entrant to coordinate dates and appropriate accommodation.
The winner will receive the prize upon signing of the HIA New Homes Contract and payment of balance of 5%.
The winner and their travel companion (“travellers”) are responsible for all other expenses including spending money, meals (unless specified), drinks, transfers (unless specified), laundry charges, activities (unless specified), incidentals, taxes (excluding departure and any other flight associated taxes included within the prize), energy surcharges, gratuities, services charges, passports, visas, travel insurance and all other ancillary costs. The Judge’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into, including in the event of a dispute. The prize must be taken as offered and cannot be varied.

Any entry made with stolen, forged, mutilated, unrecognised or tampered with entry forms will be deemed void.
The Promoter and its associated agencies or companies accept no responsibility for lost, late, stolen, damaged or misdirected entries.
If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right in its discretion to modify the terms of the Promotion including the prizes and these Conditions of Entry, subject to approval of the gaming authorities in each State and Territory where relevant.
Any tax liability arising as a result of accepting any prize is the responsibility of the winner.
The Promoter will not be liable for any injury, loss or damage of any nature whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) which is suffered or sustained as a result of or in connection with receiving, taking or using any prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
If any act or omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these conditions of entry, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation and the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.
