Boutique Homes Senior Designer, Robert Nguyen, knew he had designed something special with the Arcadia’s distinctive presence.
‘We took the essential elements of these traditional architectural styles – namely the steep gables, brickwork with soldier courses and gridded windows – and transferred them onto our existing range of homes,’ explains Rob.
‘It certainly hints at an era gone by but has been modernised to become its own special style.’
‘The rest of the home is rendered in the same colour as the bricks to further frame the gables,’ he adds.
