Kevin selected the Minimal colour scheme from Boutique’s three expertly-curated palettes. The result was a modern and masculine aesthetic, with longevity ensured. ‘I loved the mix of natural timbers and darker, moody tones,’ he says.
Now just months from receiving his keys, Kevin is looking forward to hosting his loved ones in the area he grew up in.
‘I’m so glad that I’ve been able to stay living close to my friends and family,’ he says. ‘I’m most looking forward to having family over for dinner, which is near impossible in my current apartment.
