Located just 5 minutes from the heart of Warragul, our Oslo 29 display at Crownlea estate is a masterclass in minimalist design.

Carrying the warm familiarity of an urban home enveloped in lush green landscapes and conveniently positioned within easy access to snowy peaks and pristine beaches.

With its contemporary form and considered layout, this home creates a harmonious rhythm between modernity and comfort, styled with a design language described as “urban comfort.”

The façade’s clean architectural lines are carried through to the interiors, where tactile textures, warm timber, and hints of nature soften a monochrome base. “We’ve balanced a contemporary, minimal foundation with materials that feel grounded and homely,” says Boutique Homes Project Designer Kat Moore. “It’s a home of energy and connection, visually, socially, and functionally.”

“This space pulses with subtle vibrancy yet remains comfortable for family life. The kitchen, living, and dining zones are expansive, but they still feel intimate and crafted for shared moments across generations.”

Kat Moore, Project Designer

Monument charcoal-grey tones from the façade reappear inside through cabinetry and feature cladding, anchoring the home’s cohesive palette.

Newly released green terrazzo tiles in the laundry and ensuite nod to biophilic influences, while accents of oak across the flooring, deck, and joinery soften the overall scheme.

Beyond the main living area, the home reveals thoughtful zones for rest, play and productivity. The main suite is textural and layered, while the front theatre embraces deeper tones for a moody, immersive feel. “I also love the second bedroom,” Kat adds.

“It’s got a clean, Scandinavian-inspired palette—pale green walls, wallpaper, and a ply pinboard—but it still feels soft and playful for a girl’s room.”

The dedicated study is another standout. Positioned to catch natural light, it offers a visual connection to the home’s core while remaining a quiet, focused space, ready for that important work-from-home life.

“This is urban comfort in its truest form,” says Kat. “We’ve balanced a monochromatic base with a cosy, homely palette and accents of nature. The style may be minimal, but the emotion runs deep. Every texture, tone and detail has been curated as a reflection of modern family living.”
