With our Build Time Guarantee*, we commit to completing your eligible single storey home within 10 months from once you’ve signed your building contract and the document confirming your home’s agreed specifications and selections.
In your paperwork, these are referred to as your HIA building contract and Signed Addenda. Your timeframe begins from whichever of these is signed last.

Our Build Time Guarantee* applies to eligible single storey homes in our Portfolio and Edition ranges, including their available design options, excluding the Montana home design.
The offer is available for builds in eligible new housing estates in Victoria with an active land sales office. It does not apply to knockdown rebuild, dual occupancy or townhouse projects.
The timeframe begins once you’ve signed your building contract and the document confirming your home’s agreed specifications and selections.
In your paperwork, these are called your HIA building contract and Signed Addenda. The 10-month period starts from whichever document is signed last and runs through to completion of your home, as defined in your building contract.
To qualify for the guarantee, your choices need to be settled before you sign your Preliminary Works Contract.
Changes requested after signing, including changes to your home design, design options, upgrades or colour palette, will void the offer. Your New Homes Consultant can help you work through these decisions before you sign.
If we exceed the guaranteed timeframe for reasons covered by the offer, you’ll be entitled to a payment of $250 for each week beyond that period.

You don’t need to have everything figured out before you start. A conversation with a New Homes Consultant can help you understand what’s possible, what comes next and how you can work towards being home in 10 months.*
*Offer available to customers who pay a deposit and sign a Preliminary Works Contract (PWC) between 1st October, 2026 and 31st December 2026, with titled land as at the time of PWC signing / deposit payment, and have finance pre-approval from a financial institution. Offer is limited to a maximum of twenty (20) customers per month.
Offer applies to Portfolio and Edition single storey floorplans (excluding the Montana home design) and design options on purchases within new housing estates in Victoria (being regions where an active land sales office is located). Offer is not applicable to knockdown rebuild, dual occupancy or townhouse projects. The 10-month timeframe commences from signing the HIA Contract or Signed Addenda, whichever is latest and concludes at completion of the home, in line with the HIA contract definition of “Completion”.
The HIA Contract or Signed Addenda will be issued via DocuSign and is subject to land being titled at the time of deposit / PWC signing.
No Owner-requested changes can be made after PWC signing. Delays caused by the customer, including cancelling or delaying their selections appointment, may void this guarantee. Timeline excludes public holidays and Christmas shutdown period. Customer requested changes, including changes to master plans, design options, upgrades or colour palette variations, or delays in signing required documents, will void this offer.
Customer acknowledges that timeframes may vary, and the 10-month guarantee may not be met, due to factors beyond the Builder’s control, including but not limited to: Developer, Council and Authority Approvals, finance delays, inclement weather, supply issues, and site conditions (e.g. excessive rock – greater than 2 days or access issues). If the Builder exceeds the guaranteed 10-month timeframe for a single-storey home, and the delay is not due to the Customer or other exclusions listed above, the Customer will be entitled to liquidated damages of $250.00 for each week beyond the 10-month timeframe.
Boutique Homes reserves the right to update, change or cease this offer at any time excluding in respect of customers who have already signed a PWC and met all eligibility criteria.
