Terms and Conditions

Terms and conditions apply. Promotion applies to selected house and land packages offered by Stockland and Boutique Homes and is available to customers who pay a deposit and sign a Preliminary Works Contract (PWC) between January 12, 2026 and March 8, 2026 at 5pm AEDT, subject to the eligibility criteria and restrictions below. Customers receive a total benefit of minumum $32,000 comprised of a combined offer of (i) minimum $32,000 worth of inclusions with ValuePlus Designs from Boutique Homes and (ii) up to $30,000 land rebate on the land purchase price offered by Stockland.

ValuePlus Designs is only applicable to 7 floorplans. Over $32,000 worth of upgrades is based on the RRP of Metal Roof in lieu of roof tiles, Butler’s Pantry option (not available on the York 26+), 1000mm island bench extension, Polar Double Bowl Undermount kitchen sink, downlights to whole of home, 2740mm ceilings to Seville 25+ York 26+, Barcelona 23+ and to ground floor of Airlie 30+, Montpellier 35+ and Grange 36+ 2340mm internal doors and front entry door, 2430mm high stacker door, Fisher & Paykel freestanding dishwasher and Fisher & Paykel built in microwave. The ‘ValuePlus Designs’ pricing includes Contempo, Cape, Mode and Cove façade options within the base price. ‘Value Plus Designs’ offer only applicable to the Seville 25+, York 26+, Airlie 30+, Barcelona 23+, Barcelona 26+, Montpellier 35+ and Grange 36+ home designs. Boutique Homes offers a Build Time Guarantee where the build timeframe is 24 weeks for single-storey homes and 28 weeks for double-storey homes. Build time will be deemed to commence on the date the Building Works begin onsite, in line with the HIA Contract definition of “Commencement”. The HIA contract will be issued via DocuSign and promotional discounts are conditional upon the Customer’s land being titled at the time of deposit or titles issuing by the estimated title date in the PWC. If not met,
the Builder may remove discounts and apply a post-contract variation. No Customer-requested changes after PWC signing. Timeline excludes public holidays and Christmas shutdown period. Timeframes may vary due to factors beyond the Builder’s control, including but not limited to: compliance approvals, finance delays, inclement weather, supply issues, and site conditions (e.g. excessive rock – greater than 2 days or access issues). If the Builder exceeds the guaranteed build time of 24 weeks (single-storey) or 28 weeks (double-storey) (whichever applies), and the delay is not due to the Customer or other exclusions listed above, the Customer will be entitled to liquidated damages of $250.00 per week. Customer requested changes, including changes to master plans, design options, delays in signing required documents or developer, council or authority delays will void this offer.

This offer cannot be modified, substituted, redeemed for cash or applied to the base price of the home. This offer does not apply to Boutique Homes’ core range, Elements range or townhouses. Not available with any other discounts, incentives or promotions. Boutique Homes is only responsible for the sale and construction of the home and does not accept liability with regard to $30,000 the land rebate offered by Stockland. Stockland is only responsible for the sale of the land and does not accept any liability with regard to the ValuePlus Designs or Build Time Guarantee offering.
