The Federal and Government has announced some changes to existing homebuilding schemes, making it easier to enter the property market.

With 35,000 additional spots for the First Home Guarantee, 5,000 spots for the Family Home Guarantee and 10,000 spots for the proposed Regional Home Guarantee, eligible customers will be able to purchase a home with a lower deposit whilst avoiding the expense of paying Lenders’ Mortgage insurance.

The existing $10,000 First Home Owners Grant and First Home Super Saver Scheme are also available options for first home owners.

As of 1st July 2023, the eligibility criteria for some schemes will open up, allowing you to apply jointly with friends, siblings and family members. Plus, Permanent Residents and non‑first home buyers who haven’t owned a property in the last ten years will now also have an opportunity to participate.

Our New Homes Consultants, in partnership with our in-house finance team Resolve Finance are here to assist you to navigate the government opportunities to see if you’re eligible.
