In this six part series, follow Cindy and Dennis as they build their second home with Boutique Homes. From the initial sales stage and interior design appointment, through to construction and the final handover – watch as Cindy and Dennis create their dream home.
Episode 1 – Choosing the perfect design
After finding the ideal block of land for their growing family, Cindy and Dennis have decided to build again. Undertaking a tree-change in regional Gisborne, a large block meant the family could choose a larger design than their first build.
Teaming up with their New Homes Consultant for a second time, Cindy and Dennis look through the different options for their new floorplan and facade design.
Episode 2 – Pre-construction
After the initial sales appointment with their New Homes Consultant, Cindy and Dennis have signed their paperwork and have entered pre-construction.
Together with their Interior Designer, Cindy and Dennis talk through their design ideas as they prepare for their upcoming Interior Design Appointment.
Episode 3 – Interior Design Appointment
Cindy and Dennis spend the day with their Interior Designer at the Abode Inspiration Studio. In this appointment, the pair work closely with their Interior Designer to choose all the internal and external selections for their new home.
Taking into consideration Cindy and Dennis’ needs and wants, the team help achieve a minimalist interior and modernist exterior style that will perfectly fit their regional surrounds.
Episode 4 – Construction
See the transformation unfold as ideas come to life in Construction stage.
From the slab pour to framing stage and internal fit outs, Cindy and Dennis’ new home finally takes shape.
Episode 5 – Key Handover
In the final stage of Cindy & Dennis’ build, the pair take their first walk-through of their forever home during their New Home Presentation before being formally handed the keys to their new home.
Episode 6 – Completed Home
After 6-months in their new home, Cindy & Dennis are well and truly settled in and are enjoying the Gisborne lifestyle.
