These design elements create a contemporary coastal feel, with additional design features like the subtle radium corner details of the front porch piers, and a flat mould profile framing the top, adding softness to the overall aesthetic.

The Byron’s subtle details are simple and strong – as is the impactful monochromatic colour.
Shuttered windows add to the beachy feel, and the soft peach of the front door is used to great effect, referencing the home’s mediterranean influence.
Additional upgrade design elements include a metal garage door with a timber grain finish which adds texture and warmth to the façade.
The Byron façade is now available to all double storey designs, excluding the Fairhaven.
