Two homes. Two distinct design perspectives.
Great design takes many forms. Sometimes it’s bold and expressive, other times beautifully understated. At our newest display homes in Oak Grove Estate, Clyde North, two distinct design perspectives reveal the possibilities of contemporary living.
Introducing the Portofino 31 and Pasadena 45. While each home has its own architectural character and interior personality, both share an appreciation for beautiful materials, balanced proportions and the finer details that make a house feel like home.
Portofino 31: A nostalgic new perspective
There’s a quiet confidence to the Portofino 31, where nostalgic influences meet the ease of modern Australian living.
Inspired by the warmth and individuality of 1970s interiors, the design brings together rich walnut tones, soft neutrals and playful touches of colour. Curved forms and tactile finishes add character, creating spaces that feel relaxed, inviting and effortlessly personal.
At the heart of the home, a central courtyard creates a beautiful connection to the outdoors, drawing natural light into the surrounding living spaces.
The result is a fresh interpretation of retro-inspired design, where personality and everyday comfort sit beautifully alongside one another.

The beauty of a different perspective
What makes a home memorable is often the relationship between its architecture and interiors. The way colours complement natural light, how materials introduce warmth and texture, and the subtle details that give each room its own sense of character. Discover how to create a cohesive whole-home colour palette that brings these elements together.
At Boutique Homes, we believe beautiful design should feel personal. From expressive colour palettes to more restrained material selections, there’s no single approach to creating a home that reflects the way you want to live. Our expert team of Interior Designers can help bring that vision to life through carefully curated finishes, materials and colour.
And just a few steps from the Portofino 31, a different design story unfolds. Where nostalgic influences bring warmth and personality to one home, the Pasadena 45 explores a more understated expression of contemporary luxury.
Pasadena 45: The art of understated luxury
The Pasadena 45 embraces a refined design philosophy, where elegance is expressed through proportion, materiality and detail.
A sophisticated palette of marble-inspired surfaces, richly toned timbers and subtle accents of colour creates an interior that feels timeless yet contemporary.
Beautifully layered textures introduce warmth, while an impressive void brings a striking sense of openness to the living spaces.
Every element feels purposeful, allowing the architecture and carefully curated finishes to speak for themselves.
It’s an interpretation of quiet luxury that favours enduring appeal over fleeting trends, creating a home that feels as beautiful as it is welcoming.

Beautiful design is in the details
While these two homes express very different design personalities, they share the same attention to detail, reflected in everything from their architectural features to Boutique Homes’ premium inclusions.
It’s something best appreciated in person. The texture of a material, the way natural light transforms a room or the subtle transitions between spaces all contribute to how a home feels.
Beyond the interiors, each design offers a different perspective on modern living. From the Portofino’s connection to the outdoors to the Pasadena’s impressive sense of scale, both invite you to discover how architecture can shape everyday experiences.
Together, they offer a glimpse into the versatility of Boutique Homes’ collection of home designs, encouraging you to explore the elements that resonate with your own sense of style.
