Not one to follow a preordained path, Rob instead made the decision to contribute his unique flair and innovative drive to the volume building industry. A strong believer that good design should be accessible by everyone, not just your high-end architectural clients, Rob’s goals were two-fold: to remove the stigma for poorly designed houses that is often attached to the volume building industry and to create standout facades and floorplans without the exorbitant architect price tag.
Fast forward 12 years into Rob’s career – 10 of which he has spent at Boutique Homes – and his passion is just as bright as when he first entered the industry. Responsible for creating functional, space-efficient floorplans that suit a variety of lifestyle needs as well as developing market-leading, innovative facades, Rob and the close-knit Design team continue to bring an unseen architectural quality to the New Homes market.
