Refer a Friend Program 

The referrer (existing Boutique Homes customer) is able to refer friends or family to Boutique Homes upon signing a PWC (Preliminary Works Contract). To be eligible for the reward, both the Referrer and Referee must enter into and complete an HIA building contract with Boutique Homes. The Referrer will receive a $500 Freedom voucher when the Referred reaches construction stage (Slab completion). The referred will recieve a $500 Palette Credit to use in the showroom when they build. All referrals must be made via the Boutique Homes website using the form at www. boutiquehomes.com.au/refer. This form must be submitted prior to engaging a New Homes Consultant. This referral will end at the discretion of Boutique Homes management. The decision of management will be final and not contested. 

#boutiquehomesinspo offer - $200 Freedom voucher

To be eligible for the $200 Freedom voucher you need to follow @boutiquehomesvictoria with your profile on ‘public’ so we can view your entry. Photos must be taken within a Boutique display home and shared using the #boutiquehomesinspo tag to be eligible. The promotion runs on a monthly basis, one winner will be notified privately via Instagram at the end of every month. This promotion will end at the discretion of Boutique Homes management and will not be contested. 

Product Review

Home owners are only able to post a review once, one voucher will be awarded per home. Comments added to existing posts will not be awarded. Once a review is published Live, the voucher will be issued via email within 7 days. The voucher is a $100 Freedom voucher. Unfortunately, Boutique Homes have no control over when the review goes live, questions can be sent directly to Product Review who will respond. Fixed Price Promotion

Community Carers Discount

Who can enter?
An eligible Applicant for the Promotion is a natural person, who:

(d) during the Promotion Period has paid a deposit made prior to entry into a HIA contract with Boutique Homes; 
Who is not a sales agent, home builder (or an employee or sales representative of a home builder), or a financial planner.  Employees of the Promoter, as well as the employees of the Promoter’s related entities or associated businesses, contractors and any person working onsite at Participating Estates (including builders), are ineligible to participate in Promotion. 
Promotion dates 
The Promotion commences on 9 am AEST on Monday 15 April 2019 and ends on 5 pm AEST on Sunday 19th May 2019 (Promotion Period). The Promoter, may at its discretion, extend the Promotion Period by publishing a notice at the Satterley Sales Office with the dates of the extended promotion period. These terms and conditions apply to any extended promotion period. 
 
Promotion offer
Subject to these terms and conditions, the Promoter(s) are offering to eligible Applicants a $20,000 discount on house and land package (Discount).  Upon completion of the Satterley Contract of Sale and Builder Pre Works Contract, where the eligible Applicant, during the Promotion Period: 
(a) pays the deposit, or provides a bank guarantee, in accordance with the terms of the Contract of Sale and Pre Works Contract;
(b) effects settlement of the Contract of Sale on the due date;

Discount
The $20,000 discount will be adjusted in favour of the eligible Applicant by the builder in the Pre Works Contract. 
 
Other Terms and Conditions 
(a) This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other campaign, offer or promotion promoted by the Promoter(s).
(b) The Applicant acknowledges and agrees that the Promoter shall not be liable to the Applicant for:
i. any financial or legal implications (or otherwise) that may arise from the Promotion; or
(c) Independent financial, legal or other professional advice should be sought by the Applicant.
(d) The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion if for any reason the Promoter’s circumstances change or the Promotion is not available, the Promoter reserves the right but not the obligation to substitute the Promotion for another similar item, of equal value.
(e) To the extent permitted by law, under no circumstances will the Promoter be liable to the Applicant for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the Applicant’s participation in this Promotion, even if the Promoter has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
